HASTINGS DUELING PIANOS
Much like other cities in Nebraska, Hastings played an important role during WWII. The city served as the largest ammo depot in the nation thanks to its convenient location by the railroad. Of course, Hastings locals know that the city is most famous for Kool-Aid. Kook-Aid was invented in the city, and the annual Kool-Aid Days festival is a huge draw. For some additional Hastings history, the Hastings Museum and Children’s Museum of Central Nebraska are worth checking out.
